CAKES AND CUPCAKES
All customised cakes and cupcakes should be stored in an air-conditioned room. Do NOT store in the refrigerator before your event as condensation will form on the cake/cupcake once you take it out. After cutting the cake, you can store any leftover cake in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
Burnt cheesecakes should be kept refrigerated at all times. 4" cheesecakes can be kept for up to 2-3 days, while 6" cheesecakes can be kept for up to a week.
PINEAPPLE & NUTELLA TARTS
Our tarts should be stored in an airtight container at all times. They can be kept for up to 1-2 weeks.
