You can order our baked goods from our website at www.divinitybakes.com,(http://www.divinitybakes.com/) whatsapp at 9673 8587 or via IG dm.

To order custom cakes and cupcakes, please send us a message on WhatsApp or IG dms with the date you need the cake, the number of people it needs to serve, and the design or theme you would like.

Please place your orders as early as possible as we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required upon confirmation of order. We do not reserve any baking slots till payment is received and confirmed.

Full payment is required upon confirmation of order. We do not reserve any baking slots till payment is received and confirmed. We accept payment via bank transfer, PayNow and PayLah. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

Question 3

Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

For cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time, we will provide a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time, cancellation will be non-refundable.

Delivery & Self-collection

Accepted Answer

Delivery is S$25 per location for cakes and cupcakes; and $10 per location for burnt cheesecakes, pineapple tarts and nutella tarts. Do note that we do not deliver to Airport Cargo Building, Changi Airport, Jurong Island etc.
 
Delivery is done by a delivery service company, therefore we are unable to specify a timing for delivery. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during delivery.
 
Alternatively, you are welcome to self-collect your cake/cupcakes from us at Hougang Avenue 7 The Florida!

Refund policy

Refunds are only provided on a case to case basis. For any quality issues or errors on our part, we will provide a full refund or exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

All designs and images created by us, including custom cake designs, are the intellectual property of our business and may not be reproduced without our permission.

All baked goods need to be checked, and shall be deemed accepted if no errors or discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery of self-collection. We reserve the rights to not entertain any further complaints thereafter.
